Do you require a product you can apply yourself? Are there warranties and support staff to back you up in the event of a failure?

Do the applicators that apply the product advertise the coating by name? Always find out what product they are applying so you can do your research properly. The broad term “Ceramic Coating” does not adequately describe the multitude of products out there.

Ask the company to send their applicators credentials or workplace accreditation for you to choose an application to give you the peace of mind that, should something go wrong you are covered for any loss that can occur. Has the staff received the adequate training to undertake the coating and are they able to answer all questions that you raise?

What is the procedure before the vehicle is coated? Is there a polish and fallout removal process before hand? What prechecks are in place and information readily available for you to compare before committing to an application.

Does the company have an affiliation with reputable associations you can check references from or Facebook and Instagram pages you can view previous projects and see real time comments about the results?
